A final day that included two eagles handed Sanghee Lee his second Korean Major in the past twelve months.
Lee moved to the front with a chip in eagle on the par 5 9th in the final round and never looked back, eventually securing a two stroke victory of Kyoungjoon Moon.
Moon, the 2015 champion, equalled Lees final round 68 to insure that it would not be a comfortable walk up the difficult 18th for the eventual winner.
Overnight leader Phachara Khongwatmai had a three shot lead over Lee prior to the final round, but the 18 year old was unable to hang on, as he eventually slipped to a T-6th finish.
The challenging Namseoul Country Club course became even more difficult over the weekend with swirling winds and unfriendly pins added to the task by the KGA. In saying this, it was to be expected and to be fair, the greens were generally slower than previous years, hence the increase in low scores.
Sanghee Lee will take a lot of confidence from this victory, which will be very much needed as he defends his SK Telekom title at SKY72 in a fortnight.
